We roast and serve coffees that we think taste great. Our offerings change throughout the year, depending on what's in season and what we think will work for the consumer. We buy and roast in small batches to ensure we bring out the best qualities in every lot.
At our espresso bar, we are able to roast small highly controlled batches of coffee. The people roasting the coffee are the same people pulling shots and serving the coffee to the customers. This connection with the roasting process has enabled us to fine-tune our roasts over the last nine years.

Monteverde is a regional blend made up of coffee from producers within the Cauca region. The collaborative farms mainly produce micro-lots or are in the process of transitioning into the speciality coffee market. The blend is made up of areas all over Cauca, and each lot that makes up the blend has been screened through strict quality control processes. The purpose of the screening is to identify superior lots that can be sold as micro lots and the coffee that makes up this blend is coffee that has scored just under 87 points based on SCAA cupping protocol. In terms of trading, farmers are paid at a fixed price above the market rate for the coffee that makes up this blend. Any micro-lot coffees are sold at a higher relative fixed amount based on cup quality. These sorts of regional blends are beneficial for coffee producers as it enables another market option for mid to low range scoring coffees.
