Colombia Dora Lilia Muñoz (filter)

Grown by Dora Lilia Munoz at Finca Santa Fe. This coffee was pulped and left to ferment underwater for 24 hours inside ceramic tanks, afterwards gently washed and finally placed on raised beds for 14 days until the ideal moisture content was achieved. Dora Lilia Has been growing coffee for over 25 years. She started producing specialty coffee four years ago. Dora used to have 30 000 coffee trees at her farm, although due to low prices during the past ten years, she only has 10,000 trees now.
