Colombia Guareque (espresso)

Guareque coffee comes from the department of Boyacá which is located in the Andean region in the center of Colombia. The valleys with numerous rivers and mountains make this area fertile for coffee production. The main coffee production is mostly under shade, due to the mountainous topography and high luminosity. Most of the producers are smallholders; thus the region is full of ancestral traditions and heritage in coffee growing and processing.
