Situated in the southwest part of Ethiopia, this coffee is grown between 3,600 and 6,200 feet and is typically a washed process coffee. Limu generally has a milder acidity than Sidama and Yirgacheffe, and a balanced and clean cup usually characterises the flavour. Traditionally, coffees marketed under the Limu name have been washed process, while unwashed Limu coffees are frequently offered as Djimmah coffee.
