Ethiopia Limu (filter)

Limu, or Limmu, is one of the woredas (districts) in the Oromia Region of Ethiopia.

Situated in the southwest part of Ethiopia, this coffee is grown between 3,600 and 6,200 feet and is typically a washed process coffee. Limu generally has a milder acidity than Sidama and Yirgacheffe, and a balanced and clean cup usually characterises the flavour. Traditionally, coffees marketed under the Limu name have been washed process, while unwashed Limu coffees are frequently offered as Djimmah coffee.
