Guatemala Santa Rosa (espresso)

Located between the Fraijanes Plateau and the New Oriente region, this coffee is collected from small farmers in the Santa Rosa department. This region comprises rich volcanic soil, surrounded by the Tecuamburro volcanic complex and situated on the country's southern coast. Pacific Tropical winds bring regular rain and warm air to the area. It is this combination of climate and soil that makes this region one of the best places for coffee cultivation in the country
