- We currently ship our coffee to New Zealand addresses only.
- Standard shipping on all orders within NZ is $5 unless otherwise stated.
- We use Aramex and NZ Couriers to deliver all our orders, so please provide us with a physical delivery address (ie. no PO boxes please), where someone is likely to be present to accept your parcel when the courier calls (for example, a work address).
- If your product is in stock when you submit your order on a business day, we will aim to send your order out on the next available business day if not the same day (depending on time of placing your order).
- If your coffee order is not currently in stock and requires us to roast it, we usually roast on Mondays and Wednesdays and will aim to dispatch your order the next available business day. We will contact you via email if for any unforseen reason there will be an unusual delay in dispatching your order.
- Once your order is dispatched you will received a dispatch notification which will have a tracking number that you can use to track the shipment of your order using Fastways website.
- Shipping target times are 1-2 business days within Auckland and surrounding regions, 2-3 business days for the rest of NZ. Delivery to rural areas may take longer.
