The Cerrado Mineiro, which was the first region in Brazil
to receive Designation of Origin (DO) for special coffees, and the area influenced by the Geographical Indication of Canastra (IG Canastra). This region is close to the Serra da Canastra National Park, recognised for its rich biodiversity, natural springs, and high altitudes.

At an elevation of 1,250 meters, this unique and valuable location combines fertile soil, nature, and the careful attention of all involved to produce exceptional, balanced, and harmonious coffee beans.
