Smallholder farmers, knowing each tree, hand-pick cherries when ripe, following traditional methods passed through generations. This patience shapes the classic Central Java profile—full-bodied, bold, and grounded. Made from Arabica S795, valued for consistency and strength, the coffee offers a comforting yet complex cup with notes of dark chocolate, cocoa, gentle spice, and roasted nuts. It’s a bold, warm coffee that reflects its volcanic origin—honest, balanced, and deeply connected.
