Kalita 101 Ceramic Dripper

The Kalita wave dripper produces an exceptional cup with its unique three-holed flat base for even and consistent extractions.The inner grooves of the brew cone are designed to help the water flow through the truncated coffee bed evenly without the use of additional agitation.
The key to master this brewer is to pour in a slow circular 'pinwheel' type motion. A gooseneck kettle does help, but it is not a necessity.
